I have been crazy excited this summer knowing that
Mockingjay was going to be released in August. In June I researched release parties, July I contemplated whether or not I would go, and then in August I screwed up the date and found out it was coming out a week earlier than I expected and I was still in the middle of
The Girl Who Kicked the Hornet's Nest. So all June and July plans were scrapped and I slammed through Hornet's Nest, which frankly would have happened anyway that story was so intense. Then I needed to read the entire Hunger Games series through in order to get Sweden out of my head and Panem in (if if sounds like I am writing gibberish it means you have some reading to do).
So This is what my last week has looked like:

No
Wait,
Something is missing...
Oh yeah...

Yeah, I don't think I have ever cried so much at a book series, not even Harry Potter. I was such a mess for the last half of Mockingjay that I woke up the next morning with my head feeling like it was underwater from a cold. Despite my near hysterical sobbing I must say, it was good.

I read Mockingjay last weekend. It consumed all my free time. It was an amazing trilogy.
